June Blevins

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati DAAP, June  “Bug”  approaches tattooing through the lens of a classically trained painter. Her work is defined by a deep interest in bio-organic and bio-mechanical forms, utilizing fluid, anatomical movement and surrealist textures to create pieces that feel like a natural extension of the body.

While Bug specializes in complex detail and ornamental design, she is equally at home creating bold, symmetrical blackwork and dark abstract pieces. Beyond the needle, Bug is a high-energy presence in the shop
